MOUNTAIN TOP EXPERIENCE 2010

Join your brothers and sisters as we "go tell it on the mountain" in worship again this year. Our annual "Mountain Top Experience" will be held on Sunday, August 29th, beginning at 11:00 a.m. Following the service will be a potluck lunch (bring plates, utensils, beverages, etc., for yourself and your family, as well as a dish to share).

We will be gathering at the "Foxtail Group Picnic Area" (campsites 2 & 3). To reach this area, go north on Highway 95 toward Mt. Charleston. Turn left on the second highway to the mountain marked "Lee Canyon". In between the two entrances to Mount Charleston is an overpass and exit to an Indian Reservation. Do NOT take that exit. After exiting from the 95 onto Lee Canyon, continue two miles past junction 158 and turn left into the "Foxtail Snow Play Area" that is across from the ranger station and then look for the appropriate campsites.

Check the accompanying map,

As well as the smaller detailed maps.

And don't forget, our 8:15 and 11:00 a.m. worship services will be offered at church as usual. So, whether on the mountain or here in the valley, we hope to see you on the 29th! Any questions should be directed to the church office, 384-6106.
